Welcome to my personal blog!

Having an online presence and opening communication channels to the outside world is a basic necessity for any business. This had been missing in PZL, and today I am thrilled to welcome you to my personal blog in our new company website.

We are a company of aviation pioneers, with strong Polish roots, almost 90 years of tradition making aircraft, and the support of the international aerospace group Airbus. Today we are proud to deliver to our customers worldwide a fabulously rich portfolio of products and services spanning the design, manufacture, maintenance and operation or aircraft and spacecraft.

And we have started an exciting transformation journey to prepare our company for the future.

In this blog I will share with you my opinions and reflections along the way, and I would like to invite you to participate in a constructive dialogue. I look forward to it!

  1. I love the idea of this blog and approach. Hello world! is fantastic. Really. I meet so many people in this industry, aviation, defense, government, and they are afraid to express themselves in anyway, do anything differently, or even do anything at all. Too much fear and wanting to be idealized for doing nothing. I know from experience, that it takes courage to invite others into conversation, dialog, especially where they think differently or think they are owed some special status. Sometimes management people are like this, sometimes trade unions. So I am impressed by the energy you present yourself with. Keep doing things, even if, or especially if they are slightly different, out of the box as they say. And best success in making PZL Warszawa Okecie a great company and a great place to work.
