Last Saturday 15th of September, was a special day in PZL.
On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the foundation of our company, we celebrated a Family day in our facilities in Okecie, where we shared with our colleagues and families fun and games, great food, music and humor.
Celebrating 90 years is an extraordinary achievement for any company, and it is even more significant in aerospace, because it means that we have been around since the origin of our industry. We are pioneers of aviation in Poland and through the times we have always managed to evolve and adapt to a world in constant change.
I personally had a great day. Most of all I was happy and proud to show to my family the place where we work and the products we make. And it was a great opportunity for them to meet many of my colleagues and their families.
More than 2000 people participated, we were lucky with the weather, and the atmosphere was just great. The photo gallery below gives a flavour of the variety of attractions and animation for children and grown-ups. Food was great and there was live comedy and music until late. A big thank you to the organizers and the volunteers who made it possible.
