MANUFACTURING PROCESS SENIOR ENGINEER

The Engineering Department is the second largest area in our organization. Our task is, among others, solving technical issues on a daily basis directly in the manufacturing of aerostructures and components. We are currently creating an engineering team to deliver new contract.

Your role will consist in solving technical issues that appears in the production process of prototype aircraft structures. On a daily basis, this means, among others:

  • close cooperation with Manufacturing and other departments in the company (Quality, Lean, Planning and Production Control),
  • development of technical documentation for assembly technology, repairs and technical requirements for new tooling,
  • performing technical control operations, including measurements and functional tests,
  • creating product configuration in the SAP system,
  • active participation in the implementation of improvements according to Lean methodology.

Apart from your passion for aviation, it would be nice if you could boast about:

  • degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering or related,
  • at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a production company (working on prototype product will be an asset),
  • readiness to work in shifts (most often 6.00-14.00, less often 14.00-22.00),
  • English skills (at least B2 level, oral and written),
  • knowledge of MS Office.

In addition, we are looking for a person who can effectively organize his/her own work, set priorities and meet deadlines. Your assets on this position will be the proactivity, the ability to technically analyse the problem and focus on process optimization and improvements.
